If you are not sure about one or more of the answers to the above questions, you should call me.  A professional will ease the stress and help pre-empt many potential problems with your sale.  As a REALTOR vs a regular real estate agent, I abide by a stringent Code of Ethics.  According to the National Association of Realtors, REALTORS sell homes at a much higher price point than the typical For Sale by Owner.  The commission is worth knowing your home is in competent hands, the proper disclosures and forms are completed correctly, the sale will actually close as well as getting a higher price than giong it alone.

As  a buyer, using a REALTOR is a no-brainer.  Realtors work hard to help you find and coordinate everything that needs to be done before you go to the closing table.    In addtion to being a REALTOR, I have also gone over and above the typical agent with my education.  I make being informed a priority so I am able to offer you insights other agents miss.  My designations include Pricing Strategy Advisor, Resort and Second Home Specialists, Professional Property Stager and the coveted Graduate, Realtor Institute designation. You can be assured of my commitment to excellence!
