I first met Patty when I requested to see a home on Zillow on July 6th, 2021 in Oldsmar, Florida. This was the evening that Tropical Storm Elsa was passing through the Tampa Bay Area. Patty was willing to meet me if I wanted to see the home no matter the weather.
After viewing that property and it not being what I wanted, Patty asked all the right questions to help me find the home of my dreams.
Only 6 days later, Patty helped me find what we thought was the “One” in nearby Tampa, Florida. With her insight and knowledge, she advised me how / what to offer to win the home in today’s bidding war. AND I WON! After the inspection and with Patty’s guidance, I decided to walk away from that home as it was built in 1963 and had some structural issues that the inspector found. He was amazing and also recommended by Patty.
Only 4 days after walking away from the first home I won, I found what IS THE HOME of my DREAMS and as of the closing on 8/20/2021, it is mine! Again, with Patty’s guidance, I made an offer. We ended up winning this bid as well and after negotiations, I won it $25,000 UNDER their original asking price! In addition, this home built in 2018 came fully furnished. The approximate value of the furnishing that came with the home had to have been well over $15,000.
Again, I met Patty, saw three properties total, made two offers, won both, walked away from one and closed on my Dream home in less than a month and a half!
Patty was responsive nights and weekends, answered all of my questions, advised me and educated me on and how to get the perfect home for me!

Patty was our agent for nearly 2 years, before and through the pandemic. Bought and sold a Condo home in 2018 in Clearwater, FL.
I am a New Jersey Real Estate Agent and had a property I needed to sell in Clearwater. Patty was able to get us a buyer that offered a good price and we are now under contract WOOHOO. Working with her has been a total pleasure, and since I am not in Florida she went out of her way to help me with  paperwork I needed to get to the Condo Association by delivering it to them herself so I did not have to mail it. She followed up with me every step of the way and is making this out of state sale so easy. Thank you Patty, it is a pleasure doing business with you. I very highly recommend her for any Real Estate transaction.
